Not a great experience with the guy who phoned me after enquiring online this afternoon. The guaranteed acceptance of their google listing, materialised into "we'll have a limited amount of options" when I mentioned I'd had heart failure in 2020
He then insisted on calling my partner, she, even though his name is a male name (and he knew that) and had to be corrected. I then mentioned that he was going in for a scheduled operation in August and so he said, we couldn't be quoted until we seen what happened with the operation ....... again.... why are they advertising as guaranteed acceptance when they want to wait a month or so to see if there's a problem with an operation.
I had already explained that the policy would end on 2nd August and then he started wittering on about us having a year and a half left to make our minds up. I have no idea where he got that from. He either wasn't listening or wasn't interested. If the company want to look up the call, I answered it at 13.38 for 8 minutes and 49 seconds to my number ending 561
In the end, I hung up as he wasn't paying attention to what I needed
