Our motor insurance company pointed us in the direction of Lexelle. I'd never heard of them before. 1st breakdown at home. The breakdown company attendend. They didn't get the vehicle up and running. Will definitely not be renewing, stick with Green flag, AA, RAC. infact we our going to pay for another policy for this year. A company that knows what they are doing. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !!!

Bunch of crooks ripping off customers. They don’t have any framework for claims they simply make up their own rules to not offer the service you have paid for. Avoid at all costs.

AVOID ! - our Landlords insurance claim has been under review for over a year and Lexelle have not replied back to confirm whether this has been accepted by the insurance. Our reference supplier Goodlord have decided not to use their Rent Protection policy products as they simply find any excuse to delay & not make any payments.

Avoid if your insurance is linked to these or in fact anything in this 'PM' building! They offer shoddy, poor quality customer service and they take ...aaaages to do anything.
Don't put yourself through it, avoid anything in PM House including Lexelle.

Awful service. Try and use and alternative if you can and save your money from this lot. They'll typically use legalese and every clause in the book to avoid supporting a legitimate claim. DO NOT USE.
