They are so helpful on buying the property to moving in , which was just as the first lockdown was just to start , so it was a strange time but they were so helpful and guided us through the process.

On selling the property l left them to sell as l was busy at work . Again they could not have been any more helpful.
They held the key and were brilliant at bringing in the sale as they said they would keeping us free to work.

If you want to buy or sell a chalet in Leysdown, do it the right way! Ashley, Peter and Alex are doing a tremendous job. They take the pressure off the legal side, give a spot on valuation, and get the best price for their customers. I have bought and Sold through Leysdown Chalet Services. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help my wife and I to look at a lot of chalet's, took us to view in their own cars,we were so impressed that we bought our own chalet from them, would highly recommend this agency

Very disappointed with the chalet we was put in. My cousin collected the keys for us as she was already in laysdown and we had a show we was seeing in london so wouldnt be down until evening. We got into the chalet to find a dirty nappy in the bin, sticky sofas, blood on mattress toppers, dirty razor in the shower, flooring throughout kitchen was so slippery my 5 year old daughter went flying and cut her leg, the whole of the outside of the chalet was coverd with cigarette butts. This isnt even half of it. Had the worst weeks sleep due to mattresses being so hard it was just awful and will not return to saddlebrook park again, and not just for these reasons. I contacted Alex who said if we booked again i would get a discount (but nothing put in writing) and apologised but nobody was sent to clean ect i had to spend my 1st evening of my holiday cleaning somebody elses mess wich is unexceptable. I will be coming back to laysdown next year, but will not be attending saddlebrook again.
