LHL contacted us our of the blue to ask about our rates. I listened to what they said and that they can get money back without an cost to us. The process took a while as we were combining some sites too. The amount received back wasn't a bit as estimated, but still a nice amount.
The fees are higher than any one would want, but realistically we'd have no money back without them, so we were very happy to pay.

I was extremely dubious at first, as in the past I had been stung by companies claiming they could get a rates reduction bla, bla, bla.
What caught my attention with LHL Property Auditors, was how clear they were about the whole process and that there would only be a one off payment, if they managed to get a saving. Most of the other companies who contacted me, would keep charging a percentage of the savings every year.
Having been convinced by them that this would not be the case, I signed up and they indeed got me a substantial reduction in my rates and a sizeable refund.
I can wholeheartedly recommend LHL Property Auditors for
A) Doing what they say they will and
B) Being upfront and honest.
