After several years of working with a financial advisor where I felt the only real interest in was how to max the fees, I recently moved to Life Matters. The approach of Emily and the Life Matter’s team is a breath of fresh air compared to my prior experience. While it is still early days in our relationship I do find the approach that Emily takes to be a refreshing change. While my focus will always be principally driven around maximising the investment returns for the level of acceptable risk, Emily brings an additional dimension to the discussion which is a more focussed discussion on my wider “life objectives”, sometimes making me address questions I would perhaps prefer not to think about.
