I can't recommend this company enough. Craig Ball was our broker and he was outstanding! So down to earth ( treats you like a normal person and not just another number ) , goes above and beyond to find you the best solution to suit your needs / requirements and is always there on the end of the phone / email for any questions no matter what they are or even if you need calming down during the stress of the application like I did lol. We needed two mortgages, one residential and one let to buy. We had no clue how to go about this.

Craig worked miracles and we are very appreciative of everything he did and the speed he completed everything.

We bought at auction and this can create problems in itself. Our advisor Craig took care of everything even supporting and advising on this part.

In addition the advice he provided with the auction and taking time to contact them.
