My interactions with Lifestyle Brokers has always been positive. In particular with Emma Y who is on the MID team. She has been very attentive and responsive to my queries. Emma always goes out of her way to deal with issues effectively ensuring customer satisfaction.

I have used other brokers and it seems they are silent brokers with no staff to deal with issues.

If advisors at Lifestyle Brokers are unsure about something they will find out information and get back to me on the same day.

I am very pleased with the service and will definitely be using Lifestyle Brokers again!

It would be unfair of me not to share my experience with Lifestyle Brokers. I have been a customer for many years now, I always dread the day my insurance renewal comes up as I know (just like everything), it is going up. Aisha who was my account manager, went out of her way to help. Shopped around and tried everyone she could, to ensure I would be getting the best deal. But not only that, she ensured I would get the insurance that would be right for me. I was kept up-to-date at all stages with zero pressure and a very personal touch.
