Called them within 10 minutes of purchasing my policy to advise that I had made a mistake and need to cancel but they still charged me a £25 cancellation fee for just 10 minutes of cover !!!

Sometimes mistakes happen but peanalising the customer for it will only lead to them not choosing you in the future.

So my key has broken in the barrel, I have fully comp insurance, stuck 8 hours from home, rang the key cover company as life sure lines aren’t open only 8-12 on a sat, even sent the key company all my cover details not open on Sunday or bank holiday Monday. I can’t go home to collect my daughter this evening, seriously unhelpful and stuck in the middle of no where untill Tuesday. Absolute joke of an insurance company. Do not use.

Whenever i have phoned their office's whoever i speak to are always very helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I was given extra cover than my last insurance company at no extra cost. Lastly , you are never kept waiting on the phone and all the staff are very efficient in their role, i would highly recommend Lifesure.

How come businesses seem okay till you need to make a claim. Called home emergency for a leaking washing machine that had caused new flooring to warp. Plumber was in 5 minutes. Tightened the connection and wrapped it in waterproof tape. Told machine is fine now. Low and behold used it and it still was leaking. Have called again 3 times to no avail. Get excuse after excuse. Not happy at all . Getting quotes for the water damage so hopefully they can fix the leak aswell. Due for renewal in June will be looking elsewhere.

Great news...after a bad decision by me last week re insurance and understanding insurance I rang Lifesure back and spoke to Josh and he went through everything with me and my insurance for the year worked out at about the same price after going through everything thoroughly. Thank You Josh.

My dad passed away suddenly and after over a week of trying to contact them and being sent to reception every single time we finally reached the most useless advisor, we were refused a refund as ‘it’s just the way things are’ because apparently at the age of 48 didn’t have a will (shocking), that meant his family and next of kin aren’t entitled to the lump sum he paid into this company, they have tried to make it as difficult as possible to get the money he paid back as a death certificate and marriage certificate weren’t good enough.
Awful company with absolutely no morals.

Unable to access my insurer when required, they are putting all calls onto a call back within 24 hours. What good is that if I need something urgently? Would not recommend. This is one of the reasons I am cancelling my policy with them.
