Very poor experience, called this company for an insurance quote for our thatched cottage after receiving a letter offering their services. My wife spent some time going through all details and was told a quote would be emailed within two days, on Friday 4 days later after no quote arriving I called the company again to be told the quote was in the system and would be emailed within 2 hours. Saturday arrived still no quote so I rang and as soon as I spoke the phone was put down, I rang back and spoke to the owner who said the quote was in the system and he couldn't currently access it, after saying I had a quote from another company and surely he could access the details, his reply was go with the company you already have a quote from, his attitude was rude and arrogant. My advice is do not bother with this inefficient and rude company who don't seem to want the business although they are sending letters asking for it.
