Karen at Little Ant Insurance Services was so helpful at finding me my own insurance policy after my husband passed away. I had been a named driver on my husbands policy for many years and Karen was able to add the no claims from that policy to my own individual policy. This was something my previous insurer had said I could not do. It was so easy and nice working with Karen compared to the hard-to-understand call centre operators at my previous insurance company, who somehow managed to cut me off anytime they put me on hold.
