Chloe Fox was absolutely fantastic, she fitted me in for a telephone appointment very last minute, she was very thorough to make sure I had the best cover available to me. I did not understand some of the questions and she explained them to me very well. I was on the phone for 30 minutes, we went through the quoting process and put the cover in place during the 30 minutes - super efficient. An absolute pleasure to deal with and an asset to the team!
