Phillip came out to servey the lock issue quickly and nicely explained what needed fixing. Ordered parts overnight and got the job done the next morning. Wow that was fast. It was not an emergency but if it had been, would still have been fast. Reasonable price too.

Brilliant service. Phil arrived promptly. He was friendly and provided great customer service throughout. Phil explained the different choices that I had and the best option for what I was looking for. He also explained the work he did as well.

I contacted Phill on the recommendation of a friend as I couldn't unlock my front door and he came out as soon as he could.
Phill could easily have said the lock was broken, as I had assumed it was, but after a good clean, some manipulation & a spot of magic he got it working smoothly and even adjusted the other door fittings & hinges until the whole door was working better than it had when it was first installed way back in 1995!
Phill he really knows his job inside & out. He is honest, friendly and his prices are very hard to beat.
I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you Phill.

Amazing service, called up and came to me straight away. Phill Was half an hour a way, came straight to me fixed it within 5 minutes and knew what needed to be done.

Phill was super helpful, came out on a Bank Holiday Monday at about 7pm within about 30 minutes of contacting.

Immediately diagnosed the problem, secured the door for us and came back with the new parts the following day.

Polite, professional and really fast. Would definitely recommend in the future.
