Was honestly better than I expected for a 3-star hotel! It was very clean, and they even provide you with utensils, pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups, a kettle and a toaster, etc. Pretty much anything you might need. Bear in mind that they don’t provide you with toilet paper so you will probably have to get some yourself. Location-wise it was pretty good, it’s a safe area and not too far from Wembley Stadium where my friend and I were at during most of our stay.

The owners are nice and accommodating and repaired the shower as soon as I reported it. The room itself is tiny, bed is uncomfortable, it's window opens onto the main road which is very loud at all times. The location is close to transport links but the area doesn't feel very safe at night. Also, there is no parking within a reasonable walking distance.

Place was very good. Number of problems though. Price advertised was 135 for 3 nights but small print showed there was a service charge of 50 which made it 185 for 3 nights. I think the 185 should have been shown upfront. Tried to cancel but saw that you can't cancel within 4 weeks and 2 days of stay. Most other places you can cancel almost up to date of stay. 10 am checkout very early. Saw nobody for 4 days but at 6 minutes past 10 there was a knock on my door asking me when I was leaving. Money taken from my visa card before I even got there. Most other places not taken till day of departure.

Hi good morning, I and my family had pleasant stay at your apartment. Apartment is on main road. Your apartment is near to all public transport to central London as well as other areas of London. Grocery shop are within 5 minutes walking distance. My suggestion for ur apartment that there was no water drainage in bathroom for water which falls outside tub area. So, kindly do something about it. Otherwise ur apartment is very good for family stay and you were very cooperative and answerable all the times whenever v have any problems. Thanks

Location is very convenient and price is just fair. Quiet and clean (in Upper room), can do the laundry and can cook as well. Only thing is that, water heater was spoilt but they replaced it the next day.
