Longcroft Cat Hotel and April did a fantastic job looking after our 8 month old kitten, Ordell .

Initially we were worried about putting Ordell into a cattery or cat hotel of any description. We were going away for 2 weeks on holiday and wondered how she would cope . But Longcroft surpasses all expectations, in the care and love April gives the cats. Aside from the space each cat has and the delicious and varied food they enjoy, it’s the individual attention, that I think is key - playing and interacting with the cats regularly. April sent us photos every few days of Ordell, clearly relaxed and enjoying herself. We didn’t need to worry ! Ordell was in safe hands. We would definitely book again. Would thoroughly recommend .

April was just the best! I felt comfortable with her looking after my little one right away. A warm welcome, time to settle him in and make sure he's comortable. The facilities are brilliant and it was very comforting to receive pictures of her playing with him and giving him ear rubs while I was away. Would highly recommend!

Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel is wonderful. In a quiet setting, in luxury rooms for our beloved cats. April is a very caring, thoughtful and a kind lady. Nothing is too much trouble when she is looking after our precious cats.
Leo was very well looked after during his stay and settled in very quickly. We would definitely book him in there and be happy to know he is very well looked after.

First time our kittens had stayed away, and they had a great time! Very impressed with the two spaces in the suite, heated sleep area and separate play area with cat tree. A few days before our weekend break, one of our kittens had to wear a cone and have daily antibiotics, but April was absolutely fine accommodating this and giving a couple of pills a day. We chose the Everyday Package as we were supplying food as kittens on a special diet. The email updates with photos were great reassurance. When we collected the kittens they were relaxed and had eaten well.
Happy to highly recommend, we would definitely use again.

We can’t recommend Longcroft Luxury Cattery in Four Marks Alton highly enough! From the moment we arrived, I knew Milo was in the best hands. April was absolutely wonderful—very welcoming, attentive and clearly passionate about what she does. The suites are spotless, beautifully designed, and peaceful—truly a five-star experience for cats. April kept us updated throughout Milo’s stay, and it was clear he was being pampered and cared for like one of her own. He came home relaxed, happy, and very content. We’ll definitely be booking again!

We had both of our cats with April last month. We always worry how they will find it in a new place and if they’d be able to settle in easily.
April was so friendly and caring it took no time at all for them to settle, with constant updates in the form of pictures and emails showing how much they were enjoying being there. Couldn’t recommend enough, we had a great experience.

I was very nervous before my 2 13yr old cats went to Longcroft for 5 days while we moved house as they’ve never been away from our home before, but I needn’t have worried. When iI arrived with the cats I was straight away put at easy by the facilities, fantastic, and the professionalism and warmth of April. Her and her team looked after the cats so well. They settled in very quickly and I love that every night I got an email update and photos of the fur babies. That was very much appreciated and it meant that we could concentrate on the move knowing that the cats were happy and well looked after. As a bonus April showed me her trick to give cats tablets.
I would highly recommend Longcroft and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
