I have used Errol twice now, firstly when moving house and porting my mortgage and secondly when remortgaging.
Errol and his team are outstanding from start to finish. His knowledge is brilliant and we have appreciated his expertise in both processes.

Errol and Jorgi were absolutely fantastic! They were really supportive throughout the whole process of buying a house and explained everything to us at every step. We felt a bit clueless at the start, so it was really helpful to have them guiding us through each stage. They helped to chase our solicitors and made sure the process went smoothly. We would highly recommend, and will definitely go to them for any mortgage/insurance help in future. Errol also has a lovely dog who we got to meet, so that was a bonus!

Started off really positive as obviously chasing your business but I wouldn’t pay for a mortgage advisor again, I didn’t mind paying the fee as they were really proactive at first, then communication got worse, chasing questions or left without a reply for days. Incorrect information added and had to chase several times for it to be changed. What really tarnished the experience was, I was told they would look at mortgage rates every friday- this was never done once. The only times were when I asked for it be put into the lower rate- only to discover 2 months down the line this was never done and the rate had gone back up, apparently it couldn’t be done although it was exactly the same mortgage product, and again it was never communicated it wasn’t. That completely ruined the experience for me. Either way, it was forgotten or just poor communication. Positives were you felt confident you knew their stuff and helped with getting quotes and recommendations for surveys etc which was much appreciated.

Errol was absolutely fantastic at helping us with our first mortgage. We really had no idea where to start and Errol was there every step of the way. Due to our work, we found it difficult to find a mortgage broker who we could contact but Errol went above and beyond to accommodate timings that we could do even if that was late at night! He answered all questions we had and made the process really manageable. The communication from him and Jorji is spot on and they keep you informed at all times. He also supported with finding us a mortgage that would accommodate locum shifts which we really appreciated! He is also helping us to sort out our life insurance. We would definitely recommend 😊
