Mathew delivered a car that panels were hanging off. I needed to fix very poor quality. They needed to go back to the garage to get net turbo pipe new injection seals and replaced cracked manifold. Car came back with nearly empty tank of fuel.when the car came back the dash was lit up with 4 faults and I rejected the car.the garage admitted liability od damaging the steering angal senser.so.mathew offed to collect the car and return it.now he's lieing saying he wants £500 collection costs to take the car 70 miles that were not mentiond. £500 for milage even though the car wasn't fit for purpose. He has had a full refund from the garage and is not returning the money to the finance company. Stay away from these rip-off Britain cowboys.. They should be black listed for dealing with anyone.
The garage that deals with them will never deal with them again, and I dread anyone who dose.thay lie all the time and make things up that aren't true.reported to watchdog and dodgy traders for investigation. Avoid this company. They are bad news and still trying to get them to pay back money. They have been back to the finance company from the garage.
This is not the first bad review this company has and will not be the last.
Also, trying to claim damages to the car when a full walk round video was made before that took it.
Also just reported to trading standards and sent all info over.
Thay ignore all contact and will not return calls

Was good whilst the inital contact and paperwork, And thats where the Good Customer service ENDED, the vehicle had just past a MOT, so i thought it would be in good working order, oh i was very very wrong, felt a rattle after only 300 miles, so took it to ford for a health check, DPF damage, Corroded coolant pipe (leaking) rear shocks leaking and damaged. brake pads and shoes under the legal limit. Informed the company they said, take it to a non dealership garage as it was "wear and Tear", did so, the garage found all the same damage, and said how did it ever pass a MOT. Love money stated that it was Wear and tear on the van, and offered me 100 quid to help. (that didnt even cover the cost of the inspections) Called finance company who then sent out and "independent" inspector who seen all the same so called wear and tear and because i had only done just under 1500 miles and less than 3 months ownership it was up to Love money to put right as the faults would have been there during the sale. In fact he did remark that it should have never even pass an MOT. So love money still refused to put it right, the finance company had to pay for the faults to get fixed, over 3 and half grand to put it all right. van was off the road for 2 months as this was all getting sorted. So i would avoid this company due to the lack of after sales support, not to mention a breach of the Consumer Credit act.

Excellent service and speedy responses, kept up to date at every point, entire process from application to driving away took approx 4-5 working days. Great experience with Matthew, went to look at a van at a great price for its age and condition. Freshly valeted and everything looked great. A minor issue with the ac and alloy but money has been re imbursed after repair and alloy on the way. Great service

Had the absolute pleasure of dealing with love money finance,, Will did his absolute best to find me finance on my pick up, with my poor credit rating this was no easy task. This did not deter Will in the slightest. He left no stone unturned to find me the best possible deal. I personally will be highly recommending Will and the company to all family and friends whom are looking for finance in the future. 100% the only company anyone wanting finance should be dealing with, can not thank them enough for all the work put into getting me on the road...

So I'm not one to write reviews but feel I have to.

My first contact was Will Taylor who from start to finish looked after me. He was always there when I messaged him and I cannot fault the guy. He even responded and helped after the process was complete. I changed my mind on what i wanted and he just kept giving me options. Very professional and i felt he had my back

I decided to collect the van from Doncaster and they arranged for my train ticket immediately which i collected from my local station. They made sure I was insured for the return trip aswell.

The van was exactly what they said it was and I'm really happy with it. I would recommend this to anyone....

So I don't often put up reviews but will Tyler!!! My guy!! What an amazing job thank you from the bottom of my heart! The whole experience has been a pleasure and so much easier than I could imagine! From the customer service being friend and making me feel valued to the speed this guy works! Can't fault him or the experience!
