We finally moved after 11 months of waiting! We had an indecisive seller throwing every obstacle and excuse at us and Cindy.. but even with all this, Cindy relentlessly worked hard to secure our purchase, going above and beyond, keeping us up to date and chasing the entire chain.

Cant recomend highly enough!!! I had quite a tricky sale with my home which took longer than expected but Cindy went above and beyond to get things sorted out . She put many hours in to my sale and is super friendly and helpful and was always at the end of the phone when I needed to speak to her ! 5 star service all round , and if I ever need to sell again I will definitely be using lovells

We have just moved after one of the longest house purchases in the history of house purchases. Cindy was our up line agent and without doubt was one of the main reasons our chain got over the line. This woman is tenacious beyond belief, the ultimate dog with a bone. The other agents in the line were without exception mediocre at best, Cindy got stuck in chasing agents and solicitors alike. If you want to sell your property and have the option of having this woman on your side do not pass up on the opportunity. Btw Janet is awesome also. 😂

Surrey, Lincolnshire & Wales, some of them more than once, in various towns, I feel I have enough experience to voice an opinion of Estate agents in general.
Of the many I have dealt with via buying & selling, Lovelle in Mablethorpe are exemplary in quality of service, as a buyer (in this instance), they have exceeded all my expectations & gone beyond the 'Norm' in the service that they have afforded me.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them if you are looking to buy or sell a property in the Mablethorpe areas.
They are First Class & a pleasure to have dealt with.

Lovelies estate agents Mablethorpe have just lost us the second house we wanted to buy in Mablethorpe , the first house advertised by them was sold without us being given the chance to put in a bid even though we had booked a viewing, and we were not informed of being it already sold until after we had made the 3 and half hour journey from where we live .

The second house which we had set our heart on, we told them definitively that we wanted to buy and if need be rather than waiting , we already had in place a bridging loan to secure the sale, we spoke to lovelles 3 times in the week to confirm they were liaising with the vendor on our behalf, but we then discovered that same week, the day after speaking to lovelles that the house had been sold to a higher bidder without even giving us the option to raise that bid, we weren’t even made aware about any other bidders, extreme lack of communication on their part, a courtesy call would have made a big difference ! As I’m sure the vendors of said house would have appreciated being told as well so they could make their own mind up concerning buyers, we can only guess they weren’t even told about us ?! .

Sadly we will not be using lovelles when we find another property , very unprofessional concerning lack of communication between all parties being kept up to date and well informed , and definately would not recommend .

From valuation to sale everything was done professionally and friendly and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.
