If I could I’d given it a zero star I would have.
The Company is very difficult to deal with and have been harassing me since 2019. Not only do they continue to send texts, call and send letter’s I get emails too. I asked them to only contact me directly via email and not any other way but they won’t listen. They have been sending some post to an address I have NEVER lived at! I notified them of this and offered to prove my address from 2019 until present with my council tax bills however was told ‘it will not be dealt with as they have ‘reason to believe I lived their’. Not only have they caused me significant stress I have also proved to them on many occasions I DO NOT OWE THEM ANY MONEY! Yet they continue. I was offered (via the phone) a refund for all money that was sent too them totalling £500 and odd pound by the lady I was on the phone with. To chase this up a week later to be told ‘she didn’t say this’ I informed them I had the call recorded and could prove this was offered and accepted before I was then transferred to another gentlemen who decided he was going to try be more firm on the phone and speak to me rudely and try to tell me I was wrong. In future I would advise not dealing with these at all, if they do contact you, find out who they are contacting of behalf of and contact them directly and avoid any dealings with Lowell.

I always find the advisors very professional and friendly when spoken with them on the phone, they never push you into paying more than you can afford which I find very helpful. The online service is easy to use when making a payment. Would recommend to family and friends

Compassionate and understanding. Never felt bullied or pressured in any way to make payments on a debt owed. As with other companies that tend to bully you for payments, I appreciated the emails asking if the payments were still affordable and if I had any problems, not to hesitate to contact them for help. Weird to say, but it was a pleasure to have a debt with them.
