I recently had £69.90 taken from my PayPal account, I used the` contact email given by PayPal and my email has not been answered. I have never heard of Loyal Insurance` Services and have never purchased a policy from them. I stopped a recurring payment but want my money back.

Cancelled my policy two weeks before it was due to end. They took 79.50 from my pay pal account. I don't have insurance with them. I want my money back. How on earth do you even contact these thieves.

Absolute fraudsters. They took a payment for phone insurance which I had requested them to cancel. They never respond to emails and there's no contact number (at the role of writing this review).

Absolutely diabolical. Unable to contact them as they do not ever reply to emails . They have taken money without my authorisation ....I had cancelled policy.I am reporting them to the FCA .
