Appalling experience with these guys. I was with them for 6 or 7 years until I needed to make a claim when my van was stolen. After 3 months of arguing, the final payout was HALF the true value of my van. I lost 3 months of work because they wouldn't give me a courtesy van. Eventually I had to borrow money so I could buy a new van and get back to work. Then, after having totally screwed me over with such a pathetic payout, they DOUBLED the cost of my premium! They simply do not care about the lives they're destroying. An absolute nightmare from start to finish.
