Extremely Disappointing Service and Poor Experience

I submitted a claim three days ago regarding a vehicle that was not roadworthy. Despite the urgency, my claim was delayed until today with no courtesy car provided. This resulted in the loss of clients and disruption to my work commitments.

To make matters worse, the claim was ultimately dismissed without any form of apology or offer of compensation.

If you value your time and professional responsibilities, I strongly advise against using this service.

1 star is to good for this company, shocking customer service, horrendous attitude to non fault customer with other party admitting damage caused and cctv evidence cowboys. Would never recommend or use .

As per your reply 2 other companies didn't reject the claim they can't provide a suitable replacement vehicle same as your company.

You forgot to mention the statement from other party admitting the damage she caused.

My claim was handed from another company (remaining nameless) and I was initially worried that Magna would have my best interests at heart.

After a bit of a false start due to poor decisions from the other company, Magna went above and beyond to make it up to me, and helped sort out a few issues they inherited. They were very helpful, always prompt in replying, and calling to inform me of the situation.

I genuinely wish Magna was handling my claim from the start. Extra thanks to Kelly for all the help these past months.

Completely shocking service. They tried to deliver us a car this morning to replace our wheelchair accessible car which is in the garage with a vehicle which had the exhaust tied up with a cable and block of wood! Needless to say we rejected it. Thanks to our wonderful drivers for checking it so vigilantly before we accepted it.

My claim was managed very quickly & professionally with all those involved. The hire vehicle exceeded my expectations, with a surprise upgraded car and was delivered very promptly. The repair centre of my choice had no issues with repair authority and am very happy the repairs and the speed of the entire claim journey. The worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with, completely incompetent in every aspect. As a sole trader I rely entirely upon my kitted out workshop van to undertake my daily occupation however despite this it took them over two months to get my commercial vehicle repaired following a proven non fault accident, their only interest is providing replacement vehicles yet were incapable of providing me with a comparable workshop vehicle, attemping to claim for loss of earnings became such a drama that I gave up regarding it as a lost cause. As stated, I would not recommend this useless and completely incompetent company to anyone....

Used Magna after a recent non fault accident, had a replacement vehicle dropped at my work place within hours.the whole claim was managed promptly and professionally .brilliant👍🏻

Make your own decisions. I have never left a bad review but this company insulted my intelligence, messed me about and unwilling to help with a replacement vehicle. I was hit up the rear and third party excepted full responsibility. There are much better companies available. This company would not work around my needs but wanted me to work around there’s. I had to cancel a weekend away with my children as they would not supply a replacement vehicle over the weekend.
