Excellent service, had Paul come out this morning after a number of sleepless nights. He did a thorough check of our property (and even advised of a potential issue regarding the neighbours property) before reassuring us that there was nothing to worry about, just something to keep an eye on in future. He even costed up what the works could amount to if ever needed (even that potential figure seemed very reasonable) but there was no hard sell or anything just a very reassuring chat. They could have easily bamboozled us into buying services we didn't need but instead we dealt with a very honest company and a very lovely man.

If in future we did need any structural work done then I wouldn't hesitate to call Mainmark.

We used Mainmark recently. They were so professional. They attended to the job at hand, were a pleasure to have around. They were clean and were able to explain the job clearly, answer any questions and discussed any changes with us. I was impressed with the way they kept an eye on our drains and our neighbours drains due to the proximity. Upon completion of their work, they walked through my house to check that the doors opened and closed and that my window sills were straight.

I bought a property at Auction which turned out to have had subsidence, possibly 30 years ago, but also the internal floor slabs independently sloped. I agonised over how to deal with this and the un-budgeted cost. I never heard of Resin Injection until researching possible answers. Mainmark were highly professional in addressing a solution for me. After finally going ahead, I was astounded by the product in real life and the speed at which it can be carefully and accurately expedited. I invited Mainmark to bid for a small project to underpin 10m of foundations the annex to a 1920s property in Southampton to enable another storey to be build above it to modern building regs.

The quote was highly competitive. The Mainmark team worked through miserable weather to complete the job of resin injection and testing on schedule with the required results.

I commissioned Mainmark Ground Engineering to complete some ground stabilisation at the house. It has been a great experience, booking the quote on-line was very simple, and they followed up quickly. The engineer who completed the site visit was knowledgeable and took his time to explain the process. The crew turned up at precisely the time they said and completed their tasks efficiently, effectively and to an excellent standard. The were a really good team and got the job completed leaving no mess. They were courteous at all times and a pleasure to have them on-site.
I would strongly recommend others to use Mainmark and their teams as they completed the ground remedy very professionally and with considerably less impact than a traditional underpinning work.

From enquiry to completion the process was flawless. Paul the sales agent was very knowledgeable and helpful. The administrators were really thorough and great to deal with, and Lewis and the team who came to stabilise my outrigger in Stockport and were absolutely fantastic. Despite only being a small area they ended up needing to use over three times the amount of resin to simply stabilise the property. They were professional, friendly and made sure they did what they came to do despite the unexpected excess material used, even allaying my neighbours concerns as well. Thank you all.
