Mantair installed a new sewage treatment plant for us. This is the most professional company we have ever used for anything. From the first contact with the lady who answered the phone (immediately) when we enquired about a site visit, to every other person we encountered.
Kevin’s site visit left us feeling listened to and well informed. We signed the contract almost as soon as he left. The follow up visit by Steve further confirmed our decision and we were able to ask for a couple of small tweaks to the original plan.
The installers were exceptional in every respect and did the company proud. Their work ethic was impressive and they really cared about doing a good job. We can’t thank Matt and Dan enough. Everything was highly organised and was completed exactly as Mantair promised.
Given the installers themselves, the expertise of the company, the huge amount materials, the unbelievably slick delivery and collection of equipment, the removal of debris and the way they left our garden, we felt the pricing was very fair.
We would recommended them to any friends, family and neighbours needing this same service.

We chose Mantair purely on the strength of their reviews. We felt so confident after the initial consultation with Matthew that we didn’t even bother to shop around for a cheaper quote. We wanted experienced professionals and that’s exactly what we got. Rowan and his team did a great job of explaining the process to us and they took great care with everything. They needed to use land belonging to two of our neighbours to access the tank and transport materials back and forth and they were friendly, polite and very respectful putting everything back the way it was and doing a stellar job of tidying up after the work was complete. We were told 5 days max but realistically they were done in 3.5! In and out with no fuss at all. The office staff were great too, answering queries promptly and keeping us up to date after we had booked the work. We now have a brand new sewage treatment plant and drainage system that I’m sure will do what it’s supposed to do for many years to come. A huge thank you to everyone at Mantair for making the experience a pleasant one. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this tremendous firm.

I am happy to echo all the other 5 star reviews on here and heartily recommend Mantair. A pleasure to work with from start to finish. Good communication from the office from day one, going through the process with regular updates. Felt listened to and the advice given was very much focussed on what we wanted rather than what they wanted to give us. All the pre preparation was on point and all boxes ticked. Site team were great, both professional and good company throughout the project. I had a lot of confidence they knew what they were doing, and when things didn't go to plan they quickly found solutions to keep them on track. Site was left clean and tidy and couldn't be happier. Can't think of anything they could have improved on and would be more than happy to recommend and use them again.

I could not rate Mantair better. When our tank collapsed the MD was on site within days looking at repairs/ replacement. He was very supportive and detailed. We then got a new tank installed by Rhys and Sutton who were fabulous. Two very nice gentlemen, tidy, courteous, helpful. 5 stars from us.

I had Sam and Ross at my property in Cornwall, on an insurance job to replace my old collapsed cesspit with a new tank and treatment plant.
The job took a full 7 working days, with a lot to consider including ensuring my neighbour, from whose property the work had to be done, was kept fully in the picture and content.
Despite being so far from home for a long spell, Sam and Ross were cheerful, professional and approachable.
The work was carried out to very high standards, as efficiently as possible and with minimal disruption and on completion of their part, the site was left in immaculate condition.
The pride they take in their work and the experience they brought to the task shone through, even during three days of very poor weather.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mantair.

So Mantair recently fitted a conversion kit to my spetic tank to comply with 2020 binding regs. A VERY professional service from start to finish. Matt visited and did a site visit initially and then Steve & Sutton run the professional groundworks. Their communication was excellent , they handled all the necessary paperwork, If you are looking to have any septic tank compliance work done or even a new tank, Look no further Mantair are the only option!

We’ve recently had a septic tank conversion unit installed by Mantair and we’re over the moon with the unit and the service received.
Kevin turned up exactly when he said he would, he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He then provided the quote later that day.

All of the office team (first enquiry, payment, EA queries) I spoke to were all equally as helpful and knowledgeable.

On the day of installation the team were prompt in arriving and cracked in with the job. The hurdles that popped up during installation were dealt with promptly and without fuss. By the end of the installation the weather really wasn’t on their side, however they left my garden as neat as physically possible.

Mantair were given our insurance job to replace our tank, from start to finish they’ve kept us updated via emails and phone calls. Always polite and happy to help. They explained everything that would happen and answered any questions.

The actual job itself, well! - they were here promptly everyday, left updates with my neighbours as thankfully they were here while I was working, did an excellent job in a timely manner and left it clean and tidy, can’t even tell the driveway was dug up! Very happy with the outcome.
