I have used Marble for a number of remortgages for rental properties. Kerry was extremely helpful from the initial call, much more so than others, explained what I would need to provide to lenders and what my best options were, even when they didnt require using Marble.

Kerry got us deals no other broker provided and has even let me know when a new rate was available prior to requesting funds, saving me more money.

I personally recommended by a colleague who previously got a mortgage with Kerry.
Obviously he was very admirable of her and they way she goes about it which got my attention so after a few conversations with other mortgage advisers I decided to call Kerry to have a chat.
From the first conversation she was very clear about everything in a very professional way to my delight.

We've just completed a property purchase in Maidstone, a complicated and stressful sale with extreme deadlines and a few surprises along the way. We were fortunate to be referred to Robert Gardner for mortgage broker advice, and in retrospect we firmly believe that his enormous empathy and skill were the deciding factor in getting our purchase over the line. Rob's not only helped us get the right mortgage deal at the right time, he also put enormous effort into finding us the right insurance policies to protect our family... and when we hit a cliff with regards to the property sale nearly falling through due to miscommunication between our lender and solicitor, Rob moved heaven and earth to get the right people from all sides onto the same page. Well and truly over and above the call of duty. Rob cares, and in this day and age that makes all the difference in the world. Highly, highly recommend!
