When our family inherited a farmstead and some land, we had no idea what to do with it. A few family friends showed interest in buying it, but we thought it’d be best to get professional advice first.

MDP put together a really detailed report on the farm, the buildings, and the land, and their recommendation was to apply for planning permission to turn the existing buildings into a small housing development.

Two years, five applications, and three appeals later, I’m happy to say that four properties/plots are now on the market! The process played out pretty much exactly as MDP predicted—dealing with the council was tough, but the team handled everything brilliantly.
