1 star is too many for this dreadful company. Had an accident where somebody pulled out in front of me on a junction & I hit them. The claim was resolved & 3rd party admitted full liability. Now Markerstudy have contacted me stating the it will be going 50/50. There is no way the accident was my fault at all. They are a nightmare to get through to. Been on hold nearly an hour on numerous occasions. They pass you from department to department. Iv spoken to an automated service, I’ve given my details over 3 times on one call. They are rude, they don’t care about your needs & never want to help at all. Avoid this company at all costs. Will be cancelling my policy & going elsewhere.

I was crashed into the back of when in stationary traffic in German in mid 2022 it is now near the end of 2024 and my claim is still no further on!
I have phoned and phoned but I still get nowhere and I have had no email contact from them ether.
It's virtually impossible to get a insurance quote whilst this is all going on aswell.
Stay away...

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY COVER WITH THEM! I got hit into by a van driver who was blatantly at fault. Provided them with all the information on the day to which they said they would would reach out to me once the third party had responded, they did not reach out to me for 9 months and when they did it was to tell me the third party company had reached out to them and they had settled this in their favour! A JOKE OF A COMPANY! They will also go by the name of Geoffery Insurance! Steer clear!

Appalling service. My car was damaged in a car park while I was not present. The incident was captured on CCTV and the car park were willing to give Markerstudy the footage. They failed to follow this up and after weeks of them “investigating” they upheld their decision in making me liable for the incident. Ombudsman involved.

One star isn’t low enough. Emily and Jenny need to be put on a serious customer service course. However they work with the public being so incredibly rude to them I’ll never know. Over an hour spent on the phone being given conflicting information as no one seems to communicate with each other or understand the actual policies. Filled out a complaint form online for it to say after submission ‘page not found.’ Funny how their complaints portal doesn’t work, probably from the amount of incoming traffic. I’m utterly disgusted with these people and advise anyone not to use them if you can help it. Luckily our insurance isn’t with them we are just claiming through them, another reason they don’t want to be helpful to us.

So stressed with this company. I’ve called 3 times since they said they would close something down and they still haven’t rectified what they have said they would. Now I need to get proof of this to be able to get a new insurance and the office closes when it still states it should be open. Would never look to go with them again!

Having very bad experience I had a taxi insurance and I had a accident and third party accepted his fault and I claim my damages through Markstudy because I have insurance with them and they did respond and engineer come and check my vehicle and couple of days time I had a call from engineer and told me your car is write off and told your insurance provider will get in touch with you and I had a call from Markstudy and he told me we will take second opinion send all your damage pictures wich I did and they told me your car can be fix we will arrange to take your car and fix and we will give you replacement license plate car so you can vary on your taxi work and ever since I am waiting I did call then quit few times and thay keep saying to me we are waiting for hire vehicle they can’t find one now I am fed up with it someone should take action against this I should get full value af my car plus get compensation for all this stress and hassle never very bad experience never recommend to any taxi owner please stay away.

The worst, I had 2 years no claims when I ended with this company in Jan. Due to the length of time they took to release my no claims bonus letter I have not lost my no claims and they tried blaming it on me. I am now out of pocket over a grand a year, I’d avoid this company at all costs
