This company are dreadful! I had my truck stolen a yer ago, it was located in 3days and retuned from the police pound undamaged a week later. Therefore I cancelled the claim.
They cancelled the claim then, attempted to blackmail me by reducing cover to TP only into getting another MOT even though the one it had was only a month old. They paid me absolutely nothing and cancelled my 5years no claims bonus.
They never answer their phones. But their assessment team were very quick in the week the truck was in the pound to interrogate me about where work had been done for the MOT failure the previous year, and demanding receipts.
The reality is that I was the victim of a crime but the people who have caused the biggest loss is the insurance company the very people who are supposed to have your backs. The only reason this lot want to have your back is so they can stab you in it.
Also they hide themselves from view like cockroaches by acting as underwriters for other companies like Zenith, Land Rover & Carol Nash so be very wary. The way they do business should be criminalised!! Spare yourself untold problems and avoid this company at any cost! Even ONE STAR is too good for them.

Dealt with Hannah by phone.......rude, abrupt and with a bad attitude towards customers. Then spoke to her supervisor Anna.......then I realised where Hannah’s piss poor customer service was learnt from. Avoid this lot like the plague, what a waste of money, 2 months to repair a dent in a rear wing and broken light. Thy literally don’t know their arse from their elbow. Long wait times to get through, if at all. When you don’t like what’s happening they’ll simply hang up. I’d give minus stars if I could.

I was involved in RTA,The third party driver pulled out suddenly from parked Position causing Damage to my Alredy moving Vehicle.

Incompetent, dishonest, fraudulent and immoral. I have had a few claims as a driving instructor and each time they have mishandled and cost me a considerable amount of money. cheap premiums but you will lose out if you use them
