I am a disabled I have a fully comprehensive with courtesy Car with this company via Zenith.
I was crashed in to on a Sunday 10th afternoon and the only thing that has been done is I was dropped off at Huntingdon train station and had to make my own way home despite needing to use a wheelchair for any distance but could not take chair as I had no idea about wheelchair access and I was alone.
Up to today 21st I have made over 70 calls trying to find out what has gone on.
I spoke to someone in their office on Monday about everything I knew.
She informed me she was going to call the storage yard
today Thursday I called the yard and no one has spoken to them and they are still adding storage costs on to my trailer that is still in their yard.
I tried to make a claim on their website and when I entered it the page that popped up on their site was PAGE NOT FOUND !!
Worst insurance company I have ever used.
Update : they may be helping me after all so may change whole review

AVOID AT ALL COST! Pay the extra for a different company, do not go with these guys just because they’re cheap! They’re cheap for a reason. I’ve been hit by an uninsured driver and paid extra for the “non insured driver promise” and they’re now making up all these excuses to get out of the “promise” which it doesn’t state in the t&c’s.

Constantly have to chase them as they don’t respond to emails. The staff do not care about you or show any sympathy. Awful company, I will definitely be paying extra to go with a company with a good reputation.

RAC broker their insurance out to MarkerStudy so do NOT take out RAC insurance as you will have to deal with these guys. They are too busy making reels for their Instagram page to actually do any work. We've had a no fault claim open since JANUARY and have found out today (end of September) that they haven't actually done any work to chase up the insurance of the boy racer who nearly killed my partner after we handed over the police investigation in JUNE!!!! Shameful behaviours. You should all be embarrassed.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. There should be an option for 0 stars! A truly awful company. A car they insured hit my parents house and they are terrible, I have had to chase and chase and chase and still 6 months later we are no further, not once have they contacted me or updated me. AWFUL service

Avoid these clowns at all cost. Treat you like a criminal when you claim, staff have zero empathy, departments don't speak to each other, you get asked the same questions over and over. Took them 10 months to pay my theft claim and they only finally settled when I threatened legal action. When I complained they offered me a paltry £100. Pathetic.

I've been offered policies via my broker with them since and I am more than happy to pay more to be insured elsewhere.

They simply do not deserve to be in business.

It's no coincidence that their reviews are awful.

ZERO STARS !!! Avoid like the plague. Impossible to get through to speak to anyone regarding a claim. Automated phone system is a very frustrating disappointing experience when all you want is to speak to someone about your claim.
Finally got through after waiting on hold for 39mins only for them to hang up on me.

After having got insurance with this company, all was good until I had the accident somebody pulled out on me I was on a motorbike.
Putting me in hospital for 4 weeks i called the number all was good delt with buy 4th dimension really good no hassle.
Yep you get it then zenith got involved and markerstudy got involved nothing until. They scrapped my bike. 4th dimension valued it at £2500.
After 4 month markerstudy valued it lower I have no idea why.
But after being call by chestfireld branch talking to them they would give me the bit that was missing. Brilliant thank you guess what after 6 days still not in my account not surprised, will leave it there do not touch this company. May be cheap but the work it to.
Only good thing is I was put onto a fantastic solicitor jamie at minster law best solicitor ever sorts all problems. He is fantastic.

When looking for insurance for any type of vehicle, avoid these clowns at all cost.
It's a shame Bikesure use them. When I had my claim in September 2023, Markerstudy didn't pay me out until mid-January.
Then they had the cheek to send me a letter out to my home address to say they've tried contacting me but they NEVER did and they was going to pay me out 7 days dated what was on the letter. All they care about is the money they robbed from you and wouldn't hear from them whatsoever.
