the worst experience ever. I was waiting for my new mortgage company to approve my loan. I informed MFS of this and all they done was threaten me with legal action, They had zero care about the stress i was going through nor did they help in anyway. Even with my solicitors they were absolutely rude and did not help in anyway. They just kept sending threatening e-mails day and night . PLEASE AVOID !!!!!!!!

I stated dealing with MFS some 11 years ago and the service I have received over the last few years from MFS has been exceptional. Paresh and the team couldn't have been more helpful. Found the best solution for me. Hassle free, friendly and always on hand to advise and assist. MFS took me through the process step by step gave me all the information I needed & made the decision very quickly.

In 2009 I was trying to buy commercial building and last-minute mainstream bank pulled out. I was recommended by a very good friend of mine to contact MFS. I wasn’t expecting this quick delivery of a bridging finance loan from start to finish. I had a call back on same day, and I sent all the paperwork off to them. Next day they contacted me within an offer letter subject to valuation and credit search then I had to pay £5,000 refundable commitment fees. Upon paying commitment fees they were on it to get a valuation, booked in for within 48 hours. Within 3 days valuation report was produced and all the credit searches were done. Everything happened in the same week. Even the underwriter processed immediately on the same week. Payment was in my lawyers account within 8 working day. FANTASTIC!! All I can say is what a fantastic company. Valuation Company, underwriters and of course the team at MFS. Thank you so much for helping us out of a dire situation. I would highly recommend this company and its team.
