Absolutely shocking company. Claims made on a 10 year warranty on a new build property. Property is only 5 years old with structural damage due to poor workmanship at the time of building. Claim was rejected. God help you if you have this company dealing with your warranty. Not worth the paper it is written on.

Agree with all these reviews. They ask for information piecemeal which strings out claims, rather than explain everything they will need during the first point of contact. They do everything they can do be as unhelpful as possible. An appalling company. I hope you never have the misfortune of your LABC warranty being managed by this company

Complete and utter con artists. My claim was rejected without doing any proper investigation. I hope they go out of business and suffer the way they make people suffer o ly million times more

These guys are an absolute shambles. I have a clear cut claim we have had to argue every step of the way. They are completely useless. No expertise, just excuses all the way. Won’t return phone calls and don’t respond to any other communication. Avoid at all costs. Wish there was a zero star option.
