I recently used Samantha at Martin Tolhurst Solicitors (Longfield Office) to deal with the sale of my house and the purchase of a new property.

I never recommend unless totally impressed, Jane Williams & her team are excellent! Having completed the sale of a probate property that I was responsible for. This being a chain of 4 properties, ending with this one.
Jane and her team kept me informed throughout . If there was a query they chased it all immediately.
I can defiantly recommend this company 110% ! They are excellent , I have every confidence in recommending this Company.

Samantha was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very responsive, helpful and was always one step ahead of any queries I had. Unfortunately not a great experience buying from a client using Martin Tolhurst to act for them. They were so incredibly slow from the start, we wished our sellers had chosen a better solicitor.

I rang over a week ago and spoke to the receptionist about a conveyancing quote. I had left my details but got no response. Lucky I found out early on what they are like. I tried a couple of other solicitors and I found them efficient. Its always best to shop around!
