From the first phone call, email and text to the last, Chris was there to support and guide us through the process of buying our house through some unprecedented times in the market! We gave him some challenges but he was able to find one option for us which I might add was successful. His friendly demeanor and helpfulness made the whole stressful process rather enjoyable at times. Chris also supported us in other aspects such as life and house insurance and setting us up with getting our wills in place; finding us deals better than what we had. A special thank you to Chris at Mortgage Experience .
He made my whole experience of getting a loan so easy and stress free. I was so worried about getting a loan with all the paperwork involved , but Chris basically held my hand through every step .
He always answered my phone calls even if it was a silly question , never moaned or made me feel that I am asking questions that where wasting his time .
Would I use him again in the future ! Defiantly with out a question.

Chris has been so helpful & very informative throughout the entire process. I was clueless about every aspect of insurance & had hundreds of questions. Chris was patient & helped us understand it all so that we were able to make an informed decision that was right for us. We couldn’t of asked for a better service from Chris throughout our mortgage experience. He was extremely helpful, explaining everything that was difficult to understand in the simplest of ways & going the extra mile to make sure everything run as smoothly as possible. The process can be a difficult one when dealing with estate agents & solicitors so it really helped to have Chris on board who you can tell genuinely cares about the people he is working with. In the future we will definitely be working with Chris again & cannot fault the service he has provided to us one bit. Thanks again!
