I pay for their top warranty which apparently excludes all water hoses/pipes /breathers .What a total rip off. Needless to say I will be cancelling my policy as it's really not worth the paper it's written on.

I took out a GAP policy with them a few years back. Unfortunately my car was deemed a total loss my main car policy paid out within a month. However MB&G took a year to conduct there investigation only to come back to me and falsely accuse me of Fraud!! Saying that the accident never happend! Basically insinuating I am a liar and that the claim is invalid. All that based on assuming with no hard evidence!

If you want false accusations to be made against you do take a policy out with them cowboys and they will definitely make stuff up just to deny your claim.

I filed a complaint about the multiple regulatory breaches that this company is doing and will be filing a complaint with the FCA to get there license revoked they shouldn't be trading at all!

Shocking I bought 5 year plan for my sofa one off sofas waiting to be repaired and lies lies lies said material been shipped then told of the was a mix up need to send pic off material. They just Donot want to repair things or give you replacement

Recently had car finance 3 weeks ago which was all approved and first payment taken. Took a call off this company with a guy talking extremely fast saying they were finalising my finance details, never explained what the company was about or the fact that this was optional. His firsts works were we are finalising your finance details, dont fall for it, what a con.

Use somebody else these people are a complete joke if you have a claim be ready to jump though hopes and get messed around. If you want any information in return forget it chocolate teapot is the way to sum this lot up

Purchased a bed and mattress through dreams of which we was sold this insurance. Within the first 6 months we had problems with the mattress, the insurance stated there was nothing wrong with it and in fact was due to me, failing to rotate a non rotate mattress, they void the mattress claim because of this and then blamed the bedbase being concave to get out of the mattress being the issue, after raising this issue, the insurance said to put a claim in about the bed frame rather than dealing with the mattress, I've done as they have said and obviously no surprise they now won't respond. There is no point in paying for insurance as they will do anything to avoid paying out. If only I new what I do now, I would have never purchased this insurance.

Avoid them at all costs!!!! I paid for the insurance of a Mattress I bought from DDREAMS and they refused the claim apparently because of the so called “ Misuse of the Product & Staining ” !! That’s the most shameless and lamest & dodgiest excuse been used by the dodgy MB&G insurance company.. I am 100% sure that they are stating the above excuse for refusing every mattress claim because they already set up their mind for NOT accepting any claim..
DO NOT buy anything from DODGY DREAMS or from their DODGY mattress insurance provider MB&G..

Total waste of money
Purchased warranty with Dreams beds.
Expensive bed not cheaper end
Bed broke after 18 months
This insurance company sent someone out to fix it. It broke again with 2 days.
Bed is not fit for purpose
Mbg won't acknowledge that
Mbg don't reply to mails or phone calls
Dreams pass to mbg so everyone just passes the buck
Will go to ombudsman for insurance and FCA and complain as this company is a scam and do not honour the warranties. Do not but one from them. Do not buy from Dreams as they are equally bad. Zero stars would be the right score...
