We bought a stock XO DFNDR 9 from Craig at the Swanwick Boat show. Craig was very knowledgable and attentive and has a huge (and fully justified!) enthusiasm for the XO brand. As a day boat/occasional overnight in the Solent, the boat is very practical and huge fun to drive. There were a couple of minor items that needed attention, and we ordered some extra options to be fitted after delivery - Craig has kept us well informed on progress and is doing his best to make sure that the work dovetails with our boating plans. Overall we are delighted with our choice of an XO boat and very happy purchasing from MCC Marine.

My husband and I recently bought our first boat from MCC Marine. My husband has past experience with boating but I have none. Craig was fantastic at going through everything with me including taking the time to help me launch the boat into the water for the first time and again when getting it back onto the trailer- his help and guidance was invaluable!

When we bought the boat we wanted some extra things added to it, like a water tank for washing down after diving/fishing. Craig had all the work carried out at a reasonable cost and to a high standard. He also sourced new keys for us after a couple were accidentally lost in the Solent!! We also had some work done to the boat trailer which again was sorted out by Craig. Nothing has been too much trouble.

We would highly recommend MCC Marine as the boat was perfect for us and Craig’s knowledge has proved invaluable and has been extremely appreciated

I have always been wary of boat brokers and thought I would sell my boat myself. After 3 failed attempts I decided to try a broker. Craig had contacted me several times and I was impressed with his determination to get my business and was even more impressed when he said he had a buyer after a few weeks and had agreed a really good price. He arranged the surveys and all appointments for viewings which took the strain off of being 80 miles away from the boat. I am so impressed by the way he handled the sale and made sure everything was 100% for the new buyer I will definitely be looking to buy my next boat through MCC Marine and would recommend buying and selling through MCC to anyone.

I've now bought 2 boats in the last 14 months from Craig at MCC marine - a 50 foot Sealine and a 2.9m Sur Marine

The Sealine was a big purchase for us. When a significant defect was found during our survey, Craig helped us negotiate better terms with the vendor enabling the sale to proceed and us to be able to use the boat before we'd had the remediation works performed.

MCC Marine are more than just boat vendors. We also needed to get electronics fitted, hull polished and teak cleaned. Craig was able to arrange all of those at competitive prices.

When we went to the London boat show looking for a tender, we visited the MCC marine stand just for a chat with Craig and had a look at their tenders. We were impressed with the quality of the tenders, and also the layout. The 290 classic providing space for 4 and 2 dogs and also, with one or 2 on board, performance. My phone recorded 38 knots with one on board. The boat handling is also very good. When i let my brother take it out for a spin yesterday (and he hasn't driven a boat for a few years), he took it for a quick spin to rhe Needles and back - a 10 mile round trip.

Its was only through Craigs inervention and persistance with the seller, that the sale went through. Great service and very professional at all times.
