I received a really efficient service. I emailed and managed to arrange an asbestos check for the next day and then received the results within a couple of days. The staff I spoke to were really friendly and honest about what I did/didn’t need to have checked - would recommend!

Rude and ignorant staff using foul and disgusting language while my children here. refused to remove or cover muddy boots and ruined 2 week old carpet, caused damage to walls and ceilings all over my house and no attempt to fill or repair.

Horrific experience with these idiots.
They were in the flat above me yesterday and were so rude & ignorant. They parked & blocked 2 drives & 2 disabled bays. Were asked to move but ignored everyone. They made so much noise & when asked to be a little quieter as we are flats of very disabled, old & fraile people. They responded by putting their music on full belt while laughing at all the neighbours. Then they drilled a hole through the upstairs floor right into my ceiling and the denied they'd done it.
I have everything on my CCTV cameras and photos. Tried to call them to complain & got told to go away. They aren't interested, they were contracted out so speak to who asked them to do the work. Completely rubbish service & absolutely no customer service skills at all.
