I wish I had seen their reviews before signing in. I was direct debit customer and being busy, missed audit data timeline. Had membership for nearly 10 years with MDU - no problem. MPS silently kept charging me every month and suddenly I see refund of fees. Worried, I call and they say I am not a member from last 6 months! Despite taking money every month, they quote a warning letter from 9 months ago. Utter disregard to professionalism and our profession. We are a line on their excel sheets. Had I not checked bank account, I’d be working without indemnity with no knowledge. Avoid at all costs. I’ll ensure all professionals in my network know as well.

I have to agree with the review left by last reviewer after my own negative experience with this company and agree these issue are brushed away and hidden by senior management. How are the race and equality groups missing this company out on investigation for the mistreatment of people of colour. Pathetic company run by the same.
