i have used Medichecks several times over the last 2 years and it works pretty well. however i had reason to ask a simple question over a week ago which their replies do not address. they simply haven't read exactly what i asked. i wasnt going to leave a bad review but then sent me an email inviting me to do so based on my this customer service experience so i have to give 1 star because i have asked the same basic question 3 times and they just send a waffling reply not actually directly addressing the question. so in short, my overall experience has been good but on this occasion its been appalling. not in relation to the testing or results but in terms of how much actual attention they spent reading my question. i am still none the wiser if my last test was better or worse than the one before because while levels went up so did the lab range. their tracker gives you a result relative to the tracker and bottom of the range. they appear to literally not know what i should take notice of, the actual levels returned or the tracker which shows you relative to the range. crazy they dont even understand their own reporting system.

The team at Medichecks are fantastic! They delivered my test so quickly and I got my results faster than any other medical check I have done! When I had an issue viewing my results the team were so quick and helpful in resolving everything. I would highly recommend Medichecks!

Spoke to Aaron at medichekcs not only he gave me wrong information he also had attitude.
I firstly asked what locations I can go for my blood test he sent me and email with a link and said you can go anywhere, didn’t mention that I can only book online so I wasted time calling the clinic.
Secondly when I asked about the 2 day delivery service he replied with an attitude and almost made me feel like I’m stupid.
I called back and spoke to another lady she was very patient with me and very nice and helpful.
Ive been using medichecks for a few years and never experienced rudeness like Aaron.
Hope he changes his attitude towards customers

Giving 3 stars for now but will review again once I have my results. I ordered the Advanced Thyroid test and I done the blood test at 7.30am on 26th June and took it to the Post Office at 9.30am the same day. It's now 1st July and I am still waiting for my results. The reason this is annoying is that it says results are delivered quite quickly and I booked in with my GP hoping to discuss them today but they are still pending so it was a wasted appointment.

Fantastic service. Everything is clear and easy to follow. Despite that I I messed up my test documents due to brain fog and they were still able to process the test without my needing to retake it. Prompt and helpful customer service - thanks Becky!
