Used these lovely people today 10am 12/7/25. From the second I walked in you could tell they were friendly and down-to-earth. Nothing was to much trouble. Very quick form to fill in. Then straight in. The lady (wish I could remember her name) explained every step of the way and was always asking if I was ok throughout every step. Painless, enjoyable and could hear every beat and tone of my car stereo on the way home. I was stubborn with the idea of not going (until the wife booked me in) and i had stubborn wax, but it wasn't as stubborn as the lovely ladys patience who wasn't letting me go until my ears were crystal clean!!
Explained about healthy ear drums, checks for infections etc...
Aftercare advice was really good.
Thank you for your help today girls, I now have no excuses when the wife tells me to do stuff.
It's not just trusting the spray going in your ear... it's about being made comfortable, welcoming and happy with the person doing it.

Have been avoiding the dreaded wax clearance for a long time, don’t think they have been clear for years!! I Needed microsuction and syringing. Danielle put me at ease, the whole process was amazingly quick and stress free with absolutely no discomfort. Definitely recommend.
