I was connected to Mentor Insurance through my mum and I understand why she loves working with them so much.

Andy, Costa, and Martha were absolutely amazing in helping me and my partner through the whole mortgage process. From the very beginning, they gave us clear, practical advice on how to save for a house and made everything feel so much more manageable and easy to understand.

They were so hands on and easy to contact which made it so easy to get everything sorted quickly! A lovely family-run business—they genuinely care and made us feel so looked after the whole way through.

Me and my partner are really grateful for their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage broker or just some guidance on getting started with buying a home.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to the team at Mentor Group. Andy was absolutely superb from the get go. Andy went above and beyond to help me be 100% ready to apply for a mortgage as I was previously messed around by another mortgage broker which didn't go down well on my credit score....

Andy helped me correct this taking time out of his breaks to call me back in-between appointments to make sure I was alright when I needed advice.

Once I was ready Martha took over the mortgage application process.

Martha was absolutely on point with her help and advice locking us in on a great deal at probably the worst time to get a mortgage!

Once the application was done Martha called me weekly before completion to let me know whether the interest rates had fallen.

Within a week our application was accepted and we managed to move in just before Christmas!

I cannot thank the team at Mentor group enough for how much time and effort they put in the get us over the line.

They are really genuine and won't push you to get a mortgage when you are not ready like my previous mortgage broker did. I would not recommend anyone else!
