Shockingly poor service. Had a pension with them through an employer, they make it almost impossible to transfer it away, and want so much information it's ridiculous. No to mention they want forms printing off and posting to them! Aviva transfer was done within 2 weeks. Utterly useless!

Impossible to establish any contact with anything other than an automated telephone service or a no reply email service - that takes 72 hours to respond. They make it impossible to establish any personal connection such that someone can be accountable for action. On every contact that I've made I've been promised a response "in a few days". Despite numerous calls and emails, I'm still waiting - 1 month later. A totally unresponsive and unprofessional service - although I hesitate to use the the word "service" as that it is clearly not the accepted definition of the word.

This company provides an extremely poor service and there is no method of sorting things out. I have been waiting 4 weeks for them to review a letter generated by their computer. You contact the call centre which sends the back office a message and that is ignored. The call centre cannot put you through to anyone in the back office. This company should not be allowed to administer pensions.

This is the worst company ever, I have been trying to move my company pension from them for over six months. They do not reply to emails and speaking to India on the phone gets you nowhere. Take my advice and have nothing to do with them I'm going to the ombudsman

Unable to get any communication with merxer whom are managing my pension fund
I have e mailed called and sent letters on numerous occasions all they want you to do is keep paying 300.00 pounds for transver valuations
But still no appology or reply
Wil be moving my pension and have been trying to since march
I never realised covid 19 stopped anyone actually working

In a nutshell this company should not be allowed to continue carrying out the services it clearly does not do.Totally inept without a care in the world and has no doubt caused great anxiety to many people.
