I just spoke to Jason at Merranti for some accounting advice regarding developing my house to release cash for my retirement. He could not have been more friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. He gave me some terrific development advice from his treasure chest of vast development experience, and most importantly a pathway to minimum tax exposure should I decide to develop myself.
