I was recommended Mewstone by a couple friends and although they are not local to me they have been brilliant throughout my whole experience of becoming a first-time buyer! I’ve had a rough journey going back to my first enquiry in Feb 2024, having to pull out of two different property purchases due to issues found by surveys/searches. Having the WhatsApp group chat has genuinely saved my sanity and massively reduced anxiety levels, I could send all the ‘what ifs’ in a message at silly o’clock at night and knowing someone would pick it up in the morning/next working day meant I could stop worrying about it and go to sleep. Even with the property that is now (as of 16th May 2025) my new home, they liaised with my solicitor when there were issues and I couldn’t cope with working through it all on my own.
