I had the pleasure of working with Emma Kinsella who sorted my pension out. She was extremely fast and efficient and was able to answer all my questions. Can't understand all the one star reviews. Maybe you need more Emma's.

This company is a horror show! The staff either don’t know what they are doing or don’t care. A very experienced recommendation is avoid it at all costs, there is a lot of choice in the platform world you could pick one based on colour and you’d get a better experience than with M&G Weath.

A terrible company to deal with. Have asked to have my funds transferred to my pension...To date and now well over 6 months, still waiting. Have filled in forms, complied with their regulations and procedures, sending messages, making telephone calls...had my pension provider call them, still nothing...Absolutely useless and a complete waste of time, would not recommend this company to anyone.

The customer platform is closed for maintenance on a regular basis, in fact it more often out of action than in action! GET a new platform it is frustrating and annoying me.

I Would not recommend this company at all. They lie to you on the phone. I’ve been passed from Pilar to post and I’m still no we’re near settling my case after 6 months of trying. Be aware I’d go to another company if you are thinking of going with ascentric I wish I had of seen the reviews 1st.

This is only one star because zero is not an option. Truly horrific company with non existent communication skills. Don't so much as acknowledge your existence, let alone do anything helpful. Even my financial advisor can't get them to make any sense, or get back to them without being goaded into it by abuse and threats.
