After several months of house hunting, our already low opinion of estate agents was plummeting. I am delighted to report, however, that Michael Anthony Estate Agents in Leighton Buzzard managed to change that opinion. They are a very good company to deal with. Without exception, all of the staff that we dealt with were first class. In particular, Owen, who accompanied us on our viewing, was an absolute credit to his company. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and emailed responses within minutes responses to technical related issues that weren't answerable on the spot. I am very glad to give five stars to the Anthony agency. All estate agents would do well to follow their example.

Jo & Tyler were absolutely fantastic during the purchase of our house, such lovely down to earth people who fully understood that as first time buyers we didn’t always understand certain things and would explain it for us.

Also, they handled pressure from our sellers estate agents (a known local Leighton Buzzard agency) who would come in to their building and quite rudely and loudly demand updates. This was something I overhead whilst on the phone with Jo one day and she handled it perfectly whilst apologising to me for their behaviour.

They are a wonderful bunch in there, all so friendly and nothing was too much.

I cannot fault Tyler in his sale of our house in Milton Keynes and great follow up support from Karen Mills in sales progression and Jo for collecting our keys and saving a trip to Leighton Buzzard! I would like to commend all of the staff at the LB branch, but in particular, Jo Douglas. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Having not sold a house for over 22 years, we were slightly out of touch with the process. Jo was there to guide us. She answered every question we put to her in a timely fashion and never failed to respond to emails and phone calls. Jo reassured us regularly that things were progressing well and went out of her way to keep us informed. Jo was approachable, friendly and professional at all times we cannot thank her enough.

We would highly recommend your company to friends and family. The whole process was made much less painful for us because of your staff.

After having our house on the market for 7-8 months without selling, we contacted Michael Anthony. Matt & Tyler came to see us and were completely honest about how we needed to price the house to be able to sell it. They put us in touch with Charles, their mortgage advisor who helped us through the process every step of the way, answered all of our stupid questions and helped us work out what we could afford to buy. We accepted an offer on our house within 3 days!!! 3 days!! Of being on the market with Michael Anthony. The few days before completion were stressful as to be expected but at no point were we made to feel like we were annoying anyone with our constant phone calls / questions.
