Would highly recommend to anyone - we used Michael Forward Financial Services when selling our house and purchasing a new one. Our advisor Heidi was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish, she was reliable, prompt and very professional.

Heidi was always available to talk through all of the details and answer any questions we had, either by email, phone or even via Zoom. With Heidi's help we applied for a mortgage and took out protection, both of which we felt was exactly suited to what we needed and affordable.

Heidi took the stress and confusion out of the process and we are so pleased with our experience with her and generally the whole company.

I can not thank Mike and Heidi enough. Mike answered my initial questions with patience and passed me over to Heidi from application to completion. She was amazing, always available to answer any questions and was there for me throughout the whole process. We have completed now and I can not recommend them enough.
