Martin regular runs training days for our staff on financial management in order to help them build their own personal financial knowledge and success, and they are always fully attended, the guys love them. Also, Martins book "Financial Freedom Formula", is on our staff book club, reading list for every new starter, and always gets loads of discussions going around money and how to make it work for you. Martin and his team also manage our group pension scheme and has always been exceptionally professional and due diligent at all times, making sure everything is in place when needed.
