We have just arrived back from a 5 day break in Scotland.
Our driver was a lady called Bella.
The week started of not to good for her as this was her first time driving around Scotland.
But as the 5 days went along her confidence grew and she became more relaxed.
Bella is a super lady as she had to tackle a lot of very single track lanes and her driving is first
Class .she made sure everyone was back on the coach at all times could not have wished for a better driver .
Good luck Bella in all you do perhaps one day we will see you driving around Scotland again .x

Missed our stop when we were waiting for it. Looked at us and went past without trying to turn back. Never pick this company for transport!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Andrews is way better.

The driver got lost in London with a bus full of school children for 8 hours. We didn’t know where our children or the bus was for hours. No answer from Mil-Ken at all. Well over the amount of driving hours for 1 driver and with children on board. The school just knew they were someone round London. Driver never found the O2 arena after 8 hours driving around London then decided to come home. 11 hours in total the children were on the bus without being able to get off. Very upset devastated children for missing the concert they were singing in and the year 6 children will not be able to go again. The bus picked up from a Soham school and can’t use no excuse as Jans coaches left Soham around the same time and made it there within 2 hours. Our children are come off the coach dehydrated, exhausted and very upset and devastated they missed it

Was belligerently cut up by one of their drivers on Wednesday. If that's what they consider safe and considerate driving then I certainly won't be getting on one of their coaches in the future!

Just had a ride with these guys on a rail replacement journey. Driver didn’t stop at the station and then just dumped me off at the side of a major carriageway and sped off. Refused to give his name.
