The whole experience of booking and their aftercare has been excellent. I find booking a holiday online a stressful experience and then all the questions that pop up afterwards, '..is this included?' '..do we need to do this?' etc, it is wonderful to be able to speak to a person.Glen was fabulous, knowledgeable and so very helpful. I have used Millington for many visits abroad and have just booked another 3 tours recently. The staff are the most helpful, considerate and efficient of any travel firm that I have used. Yesterday I completed a booking to cruise the Greek Islands and Gail carried out the booking. 2 options were considered but neither was totally suitable however Gail did further research, at her own instigation, and produced a very acceptable solution.
From the manager, Glen, through to Gail and Lindsey the service is excellent and they work well as a team.

We have used Millington's for all our holiday needs . Nothing is too much trouble and no question too trivial to ask. We have booked everything from coach holidays,sun holidays to cruises. Every booking is done with care and professional expertise to make sure it's tailored to our requirements. We feel that the booking is an exciting start to our holiday, so doing it with familiar friendly faces takes away the complications of doing it ourselves. We are very lucky to have them in Rugby.

Great service when we went in to sort next years holiday. We had a good idea of what we wanted and Genna patiently and professionally answered our questions and provided a number of quotes for different options. We booked and were impressed by the service received.
Now, several months later, I went in to pay the final balance. I had previously arranged a specific time and date for this. Unfortunately, both assistants were busy and I waited over 30 minutes before I could pay! So much for arranging an appointment! Have used Trailfinders and Kuoni before without experiencing such a wait. Might well put me off booking here again.
