Michelle has literally been our life line throughout the entire process. My partner and I were first time buyers and knew absolutely nothing about the process. Michelle guided us every step of the way, from deciding our budget, to making offers on properties and putting in our mortgage application.

We did not have an easy ride with the first property we put an offer in on, the sellers pulled out and the second property needing complex surveys doing due to its age. Michelle was calm and informative the entire time, helping us navigate this uncertain time.
