I cannot recommend Marion and her team more highly! Over the past few months Marion has taken over servicing our Airbnb in Wallasey for us. To say she goes above and beyond to help us is an understatement. We live 2 hours drive away- but Marion is always on hand to help in whatever way she can. I had my carpets cleaned recently, And being honest. I can’t see any difference. The carpet still stank of dog urine. And i purposely told them about it, so i would’ve thought That issue would’ve been delt with. I am Appalled about this service that has been provided.
